Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TalentAssist (“we”, “us”), the maker of the Atlas software, handles information in connection with the Atlas command-line tool (the “CLI”), this website (the “Site”), and paid plans (together, the “Services”).
The short version
- The CLI runs entirely on your computer. It does not send your prompts, artwork, projects, or provider API tokens to us. There is no telemetry in the CLI.
- Your provider tokens stay local. Tokens (such as your Replicate token) are read from environment variables and are never written to our databases, logs, or servers, and never transmitted to us.
- The Site collects very little, and only strictly-necessary cookies run before you consent. Analytics are optional and off by default.
- If you contact us or request access, we process the details you give us to reply and to run our early-access and billing.

How we use it
We use the information above to operate the Site, respond to you, deliver early-access invites, provide and support paid plans, and keep the Services secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your messages to train models.
Payments
When we offer paid plans, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full card details. That provider handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.
Analytics
If we enable analytics, we use a privacy-respecting provider and load it only after you opt in through our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to change your choice at any time.
Sharing
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the Services — our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare), our email provider, and (for paid plans) our payment provider — each acting on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep early-access and contact details for as long as needed to respond and to run early access, and billing records for as long as required by law. Your cookie-choice cookie lasts up to 180 days. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email privacy@talentassist.online. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes to consent-based processing will re-prompt you.
